About
"Peter Kelly has been my yoga teacher at Newton-Wellesley Hospital since 2017. While the class has always been a highlight of my week and a reprieve from my busy days as a physician, the COVID pandemic has made weekly yoga sessions even more vital. I am grateful to
Peter for making his class available to the Newton-Wellesley community on zoom this past year when we have been even more in need of his excellent instruction, subtle humor, and kindness. Thank you, Peter!"
- Heidi Angle, M.D.
"As a consultant, opportunities to unwind and refocus are few and far between. Peter’s classes have been a welcome respite from my usual hectic schedule. I’ve received feedback from colleagues who appreciate how he tailors classes to accommodate all levels of yoga ability."

Corporate Classes
Would you like to empower your employees to thrive in the workplace?
Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve short term memory and boost reaction time.
In a recent study by Massachusetts General Hospital, researchers found that people who practice yoga are "43% less likely to visit the hospital, be ordered a medical test by their doctor and to need emergency care, resulting in annual health care savings of $2,360 per patient, based on reduced emergency visits alone.”
Peter Kelly offers a variety of yoga classes in the Greater Boston area to meet each individual company’s needs. Classes typically run between 60-75 minutes and are available on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis.

I have been practicing yoga in Wellesley with Peter for close to a year. His class has literally changed my life! I have been living with chronic pain due to scoliosis for decades, going for chiropractic relief weekly, and sometimes twice weekly. Peter's class gently progresses through a series of well planned movements to utilize muscles you probably never thought you had. Not only am I pain free, but I also thoroughly enjoy the challenge and each class. - Diane S, Google Review
Peter has an amazing ability to both calm, and reclaim, one's self. He is focused. He has come full circle in both meditation, and yoga. I would recommend his classes for anyone looking to begin, or continue, on their own spiritual path. - Joy
